What is ProApp?

ProApp is a digital design college. It teaches you about all design disciplines. With bite-sized learning and engaging illustrations, it enables you to learn design on the go.

Where can I download ProApp?

ProApp is available on both PlayStore and AppStore for Android and iOS. Links to download the app:

Is there a desktop version or a WebApp of ProApp?

ProApp is currently available for mobile Apps.It has been designed so to enable creatives to learn and interact with the courses on the go.We'll update you if we come out with a desktop version in the future.

Is ProApp Free?

ProApp works on a Freemium model. This means all the courses are free to read, but you can only read one topic within 24 hours.

What should I do if I want to delete my ProApp account?

We value your consent. You can delete your account by sending us an email at - hello@procreator.app

What courses do you cover?

We have a wide array of courses, all from the different disciplines of design. We teach and learn along with you- Introduction to Design, UX design, UI Design, UX Research, UX Fundamentals, Illustration, Interaction Design, Design Thinking, Design Sprint, UX Writing, and many more under baking.

When can I read the next topic?

If you are not a ProApp Premium user, you can only read 1 topic in 24 hours.

Can I share my progress in a particular course with my peers?

Yes. You can easily do it by tapping on the sharing icon to share your progress among your peers.

Will I receive certification after completing a topic?

Yes. After completing every course, you'll receive your certificate of course completion to your registered email address.

I haven't received my certificate on my registered email address

If due to any technical issues you do not receive your certificate you can always email us on hello@procreator.app

How will I know about an upcoming course?

We have a Coming Soon section in our app, where you can see all our upcoming courses. You'll be notified via email and on all social media channels for the launch of a new course.

How can I access Masterclass and Design Resources?

MasterClass and Design Resources is a part of our ProApp Premium. You would have to buy the Premium version to gain access to them.

ProApp is a selective community of like-minded individuals with a common love for design. We learn, We Design, We Teach, and most importantly, we help each other grow. Becoming a part of it will scale and skill you up for learning and growing at a faster pace.

The cost of ProApp Premium is $9.99. You will have unrestricted access to all our courses, MasterClass, Design Resources.

How can I pay for ProApp Premium?

Do I get a lifetime access after purchasing the ProApp Premium?

Yes. You'll have lifetime access to all our premium features of the app.

How can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not have any refund or return policy for the app.

How can I share my idea of a new course with the team?

We wait for your ideas. You can share your ideas by filling up the form on our Contact Us page. You can also request for the course you would want to learn next.

Who creates the courses for ProApp?

The courses are created by Design Experts, who have been working in the industry for almost 10 years now. They accumulate their experiences of applying the knowledge of design in a wide array of industries. They keep in mind the power of bite-sized content with max learning and interaction.
