Jutta loves to create spaces where creativity flows, and people feel safe to look into new ways of thinking. She advocates for Collaboration and co-Creation as the reason we are here on this planet and is always up for a conversation about ideas. Since Jutta is passionate about fully living life, she enjoys lighting fires about the human creativity we have built in, sharing unconventional ways of approaching challenges with you and turning failure into your resource. In all her previous and current roles in projects, programs, and movements with and for big and small organizations, as university educator for creativity and leadership in engineering, as a speaker, writer, creator, and co-founder, her focus is always on sharing her personal insights to inspire others to share theirs, creating a peer learning environment that builds community.
